The 5th Annual Toronto 3D TEE Perioperative Echocardiography Course (2024) was an Accredited Self-Assessment Program (4.5 hours) and an Accredited Simulation Activity (8.5 hours) (Section 3) as defined by the Maintenance of Certification Program of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, and approved by the Canadian Anesthesiologists' Society. New accreditation pending for 2025.
The 3rd Barcelona 3D Perioperative TEE Course (2024) was granted 8 European CME credits (ECMEC®s) by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME®) (LEE/2024/00503). New accreditation pending for 2025.
Course Description
Duration: Hands-on, 9 hours course.
Goal: Aim to offer clinicians a strong introduction to 3D echocardiographic image acquisition, optimization and post-processing techniques.
Methodology: Hands-on 3D echocardiography image analysis experience on workstations, and review of practical clinical applications.
